By accessing or using EcomMarkt's services, website, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including customers, sellers, service providers, and visitors. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To use EcomMarkt services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent • Have a valid mobile number and email address • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Not have been previously banned from our platform Business sellers must additionally: • Have valid GST registration (where applicable) • Provide accurate business documentation • Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations

EcomMarkt provides: **Product Marketplace**: A platform connecting buyers with local shops and businesses for product purchases with delivery options. **Service Booking**: Facilitating booking of home services such as salon, cleaning, repairs, and more from verified service providers. **Order Management**: Tracking, returns, refunds, and customer support for all transactions. We act as an intermediary platform and are not directly responsible for the quality of products sold by third-party sellers or services rendered by service providers, though we maintain strict quality standards and verification processes.

**Placing Orders**: When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only after payment verification and seller acceptance. **Pricing**: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the original price. **Payment**: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery. All electronic payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. **Cancellation**: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Service bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. **Refunds**: Refund timelines vary by payment method: • UPI/Wallets: Instant to 24 hours • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days • Net Banking: 5-10 business days

Sellers on EcomMarkt agree to: **Product Listings**: Provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory. Misrepresentation may lead to listing removal and account suspension. **Order Fulfillment**: Process orders within committed timelines. Maintain communication with customers and resolve issues promptly. **Quality Standards**: Ensure products meet safety standards and are as described. Accept returns as per platform policy. **Commission & Fees**: Pay agreed commission rates on sales. No hidden fees - commission is only charged on successful transactions. **Intellectual Property**: Only list products you have rights to sell. Do not infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or patents.

Users must NOT: • Violate any laws or regulations • Sell prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal items • Provide false or misleading information • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Attempt to circumvent platform fees • Use automated systems to access our services • Manipulate reviews or ratings • Share account credentials with others • Engage in fraudulent transactions • Spam or send unsolicited communications • Collect user data without consent • Interfere with platform operations Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, legal action, and reporting to authorities.

**EcomMarkt Content**: All content on our platform, including logos, design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by EcomMarkt or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. **User Content**: By posting content (reviews, images, etc.), you grant EcomMarkt a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on our platform. **Seller Content**: Sellers retain ownership of their product content but grant EcomMarkt license to display it for sales purposes. **DMCA**: We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been copied, contact us with details for prompt action.

**Platform Role**: EcomMarkt is a marketplace platform. We do not manufacture, store, or directly sell products listed by third-party sellers. **Service Providers**: Service providers are independent contractors. EcomMarkt is not liable for their actions, though we maintain strict verification and quality standards. **Limitation**: To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcomMarkt shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits or business opportunities • Product defects from third-party sellers • Service provider negligence • Force majeure events **Maximum Liability**: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction in question.

**Customer Support**: For any issues, first contact our customer support team who will attempt to resolve the matter. **Mediation**: If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to mediation through a neutral third party. **Arbitration**: Disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act. **Jurisdiction**: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. **Class Action Waiver**: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

**By User**: You may deactivate your account at any time through Profile settings. Outstanding orders/bookings must be completed or cancelled first. **By EcomMarkt**: We may suspend or terminate accounts for: • Violation of these terms • Fraudulent or illegal activity • Extended inactivity • At our discretion with reasonable cause **Effect of Termination**: Upon termination: • Access to services will be revoked • Pending transactions will be processed • Applicable refunds will be issued • Seller payouts will be settled • Personal data will be handled per Privacy Policy
